Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the rtf8 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services provided by rtf8. By accessing or using the rtf8 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the rtf8 platform. Continued use of our platform after any changes to the Terms are made will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Rtf8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of the latest version.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the rtf8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• A citizen or lawful permanent resident of Malaysia, or an individual legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your place of residence.
• Not being represented by an agent, broker, trustee, or any other third party when registering or using the account.
• Never having been banned or had an account closed by rtf8 for reasons related to fraud, misconduct, or breach of terms.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list submitted to rtf8 through the responsible gaming program.

Rtf8 reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any user and request supporting documents such as an identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at rtf8 at all times. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and considered misconduct.

Information Required During Registration

• Full name as stated on a valid government-issued identity document
• Accurate date of birth
• A valid, active email address
• An active Malaysia phone number
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers)

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of rtf8's commitment to security and fraud prevention, all members are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. rtf8 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or false information provided by the user.

4 Deposits and Payments

Rtf8 accepts deposits via a variety of payment methods fully supported in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including FPX, DuitNow, and local e-wallets. All deposits are credited to your account in real time or within no more than 60 seconds once the transaction is confirmed by the payment gateway.

Deposit Limit

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 per transaction
• Daily maximum deposit: Depends on the selected payment method, as stated during the deposit process
• Deposit limits can be adjusted by the user directly through the account control panel as part of our responsible gaming features.

General Deposit Policy

• All deposits must use a payment method registered under the same name as the rtf8 account holder.
• Third-party deposits, including those from family members, friends, or any other individual, are not permitted.
• Rtf8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges beyond rtf8's control.
• If a deposit fails to process, funds will be returned to the source account within 3–5 business days.

5 Cash Withdrawal

Rtf8 processes withdrawal requests to registered Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to completed account verification and KYC requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name as the deposit method used.

Withdrawal Limit

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: Stated in the user account panel and subject to account verification level
• No limit on the number of daily withdrawals, subject to the set daily total limit

Pre-Withdrawal Requirements

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved.
• If any bonus has been received, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Rtf8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals deemed unusual or high-risk.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the user through the account panel, and funds will be returned to the account balance in real time.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Rtf8 offers its members a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on its respective promotions page.

General Wagering Requirements

• All bonuses received are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Standard wagering requirements are between 15x to 35x total bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated bonus validity period. Bonuses that expire without fulfilling the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• Only eligible games will count toward meeting wagering requirements. The list of eligible games is specified in each promotion's terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is limited to one account, one household, one IP address, and one device only.
• Rtf8 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of misconduct or promotion abuse.
• The use of certain wagering strategies intended to exploit bonuses is prohibited and may result in account closure.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the rtf8 platform are conducted in accordance with the respective game rules set by the game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring unquestionable fairness and transparency.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, rtf8 will use system transaction records to determine the game outcome. The system's decision is final.
• Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled. Users are responsible for ensuring the wagering amount entered is correct before confirming.
• Rtf8 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a clear technical error, in which case the wagered amount will be returned to the user.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit bugs in any game is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8 User Responsibilities

As a user of the rtf8 platform, you are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login credentials confidential. rtf8 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Notify rtf8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization or if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Use the rtf8 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial, professional, or illegal activities.
• Not sharing your account with any other individual, including family members or close friends.
• Ensure that all funds deposited into your rtf8 account are your own and obtained lawfully, free from any connection to illegal activities.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to online gaming in your jurisdiction.

9 Account Closure

Rtf8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, identity falsification, or money laundering attempts
• Multiple Account Ownership
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party assistance tools
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward rtf8 staff.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the rtf8 customer support team. If the account is closed at the user's request and no terms have been violated, any eligible account balance will be returned after review is completed.

10 Liability Cap

Rtf8 provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Rtf8 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of gaming activity, including losses arising from unforeseen technical disruptions.
• Rtf8's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Rtf8 is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including user internet connectivity issues, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

11 Responsible Gaming

Rtf8 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable source of entertainment, not a cause of stress or financial hardship.

The rtf8 platform provides the following tools to help users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limit: Cap the amount you can lose within a set period
• Session Time Limit: Set session time reminders or limits
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary break from the platform for 24 hours up to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period

12 Terms Amendment

Rtf8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or a prominently displayed notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except in circumstances requiring immediate changes for security or legal reasons.

Continued use of the rtf8 platform after any amended Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those revised terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the changes take effect.
